  • Self-Defense Training session will be held at 07:30 AM IST.
  • Training Location: Plot no. 219, Housr Homes, Sector 28, near DLF phase-1 metro station Gurugram, 122002
  • This course is conducted offline in the Delhi NCR region. We recommend joining if you reside in or near this area. However, if you can arrange your own accommodation in Delhi, you are also welcome to enroll.

  • Basics of Unarmed Combat
  • Use of Hands, Elbows and Knees
  • Threat and Risk Assessment
  • Physical Intervention Drills
  • Car Intervention Drills
  • Protection Against Knife and Stick Attacks
  • Basic and Advance Life Support (CPR, Recovery position, Treatment of choking patients and use of tourniquet)
  • Basic Mountain Survival skills (Selection of Shoes, backpacks, trousers and survival skills)
